Firefox!

Just kidding… Like I said in my previous post, it is a very self-centered thing. I used firefox for quite a while. It is secure enough for me, has no compatibility problem and stupid bug that I noticed, Not a resource hog, and so on. The list can be pretty long, but I’ll stop here. Because I don’t use it anymore.

Right now, I’m using a browser that was built based on Firefox. I’m using Flock. Flock is basically Firefox with upgraded arsenal. It integrates to email, flickr, picasa, facebook, and lots of other things nicely. It even integrates with Blogsome, which is very useful to me. And like I said before, Flock is basically Firefox. It feels pretty much the same, so Firefox veteran shouldn’t have any problem using it.

Flock is crowded though, I’ll give you that. It is filled with a hell lot of extras that you won’t probably use at all. But that won’t get in your way on using Flock as normal browser.

Me? I actually need some of Flock’s feaures. I use picasa and email integration, rss reader, and, of course , the blog integration. So I like Flock quite a bit more than Firefox. Your opinion may vary, though..

Which brings me to the advertisment part…

If you prefer a plain solid vanilla browser with no extras, then let me recommend you to click the ‘download firefox’ button on the left sidebar.

If you think you need Flock’s extras, then I’ll give you:

Join my Flock

Yes, that Firefox button is actually an adsense button, so if you click it, and download the package, you will enrich me a bit. But the Flock button has no ad on it, unfortunately…

You might have noticed that something’s different with the blog now.

Yes, readers, I added some Google Adsense In this blog.

My adsense application was approved today, so, like everyone with normal brain do, I put some ads here.

My ads are the download firefox button, the adsense search, and the ones on top of each posts. I actually wanted to put a banner ad on the right sidebar. But I can’t make it look good, so I deleted it.

The small banner ad on the right sidebar is blogsome’s. If you click it, you will enrich them. Their ad code was nicely marked with:

#########################################
####            Please Do Not Remove            ####

So who am I to remove it? This blog is free, anyway. I am thankful to them.

Next up is something that will encourage you to click the firefox button… or not…
